1. Agreement
By creating an account, joining a workspace or using Clientide, you agree to these terms. If you use Clientide for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Clientide accounts are intended for business users and are not designed for use by children.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a failure for which Clientide is legally responsible.
4. Business workspaces
A Clientide account may belong to one or more business workspaces. Workspace owners and administrators control membership, roles and business records. Users must access only the workspaces and information they are authorised to use.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Clientide unlawfully; infringe another person’s rights; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access; test or circumvent security without written permission; interfere with the service; send spam; or use Clientide to store content that is harmful, fraudulent or prohibited by law.
6. Your information and client records
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Clientide the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, back up and present that information to provide the service. You are responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required from your clients.
Clientide is a business-management tool and does not provide legal, accounting, tax or financial advice.
7. Plans and billing
Clientide offers Free and Pro plans. The features, limits, price and billing period that apply are those shown when a plan is selected. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date or stated otherwise at checkout.
Fees are charged through a third-party payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added. Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted access to paid features after reasonable notice.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, unless the purchase terms state otherwise. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.
9. Complimentary and promotional access
Complimentary, founder, trial and promotional access may be subject to stated limits or an expiry date. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be withdrawn where it is misused or where the applicable offer terms permit.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Clientide dependable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access. We may improve, replace or discontinue features, taking reasonable steps to avoid materially disadvantaging paid users.
11. Intellectual property
Clientide, its software, branding, design and documentation are owned by or licensed to the service operator. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
12. Third-party services
Clientide may interoperate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, except to the extent required by law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, persistent non-payment or harm to the service or others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
You may stop using Clientide at any time. You should export any records you are required to retain before closing a workspace.
14. Disclaimers
Clientide is provided with reasonable care and skill. Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the service is provided without additional warranties about uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular business or results obtained from its use.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any applicable liability limit will be the limit stated in the plan or order information, subject to mandatory law.
16. Governing terms and contact
The governing law and courts applying to your agreement are those stated in the account, order or business information supplied when you subscribe, together with any mandatory consumer or business protections that apply. Questions about these terms can be submitted through our contact page.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law or security requirements. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
